1. Introduction

By accessing the bur99 platform, opening an account, or playing any game, you confirm that you have fully read and agreed to these terms and conditions. This agreement is a binding contract that governs your relationship with bur99.

2. Account Registration and Verification

2.1 Age Restriction

Only users aged 21 and above are permitted to access the bur99 platform. Account registrations from users under 21 may be rejected or closed. If it is found that the information provided about age is inaccurate, the account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Ownership

Each user is allowed to open only one account at bur99. If it is found that the same user has opened more than one account —

• The additional accounts will be closed, and
• Any bonus funds in the extra accounts will be forfeited, and
• Only the original deposited amount may be eligible for a refund.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

The name, contact details, and bank account information provided at registration must be accurate. bur99 may carry out identity verification at any time during the withdrawal process. A Myanmar National Registration Card or passport may be required for verification.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: 10,000 Ks (KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay and Bank Transfer — applies to all methods).
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• If your deposit is incomplete or missing, contact our support team immediately.

3.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: 10,000 Ks.
• Withdrawal processing time: normally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• If you attempt to withdraw before meeting the Wagering Requirement linked to a bonus, bur99 may cancel the bonus and return only the original deposit amount.

3.3 Currency

The platform uses Myanmar Kyat (MMK / Ks) only. Any fees related to payment methods (if applicable) are subject to the payment service provider's own policy and are not the responsibility of bur99.

4. Welcome Bonus and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus Details

The bur99 welcome bonus matches 100% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 40,000 Ks. You must wager 20x the bonus amount (20,000 × 20 = 400,000 Ks) before you can withdraw.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

• The Wagering Requirement is calculated at 20x the bonus amount.
• Deposit 420,000 Ks → bonus 200,000 Ks → balance 620,000 Ks → Wagering Requirement = 200,000 × 20 = 4,000,000 Ks.
• Winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the Wagering Requirement is fully met.

4.3 Conditions for Bonus Cancellation

bur99 reserves the right to cancel a bonus under the following circumstances—

• Multiple accounts are found to be opened by the same person
• There is suspicion of bonus abuse, such as placing large opposing bets for the purpose of exploiting the bonus
• The information provided is found to be inaccurate

5. VIP and Cashback Program

The bur99 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. As you move up each tier, you can earn the following weekly cashback rates—

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.2%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.5%

VIP tier upgrades depend on the consistency and volume of a player's activity. Cashback amounts will be credited to your account at the schedule set by bur99. Credited cashback is not subject to the same Wagering Requirement as bonus funds — it can be withdrawn immediately after credit.

6. Prohibited Conduct and Fraud

6.1 General Prohibitions

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bur99 platform—

• Opening more than one account by a single person
• Opening an account using another person's personal information
• Placing opposing bets (arbitrage, hedging) for the purpose of exploiting a bonus
• Using software programs (bots) to play
• Using the platform for money laundering
• Bet trading within the platform

6.2 Actions Taken if Violations Are Found

If any of the above prohibitions are found to have been violated, bur99 may, without prior warning, suspend the account, cancel bonus funds, and forfeit any balance deemed unrelated to legitimate play regardless of when it was acquired.

7. Game Records and Rules

7.1 Game Results

Game results on bur99 are generated using a Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair play. Results are stored on the server, and in the event of a dispute, the server records held by bur99 will be the official reference.

7.2 Technical Errors

Results caused by a technical error (including incorrect prize amounts being displayed) are void and may be corrected by bur99. If this occurs, contact our support team immediately.

7.3 Live Casino

In live dealer games, the result announced by the dealer is final. If you are unable to see the dealer's announced result due to a connection failure, the outcome will be determined by the server records.

11. Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises in relation to these Terms and Conditions, please first contact bur99's support team to resolve it. Only if the matter cannot be resolved through discussion with the support team within 14 days should you proceed to the next step.

You agree that bur99's server logs and result records shall serve as the final evidence in any disputes relating to game outcomes.
